The medical certificate or its copy must be dated within a year at the date of the race and signed by your doctor.
It is specified that your medical certificate must imperatively be stating one of the following three mentions:
- « no contraindication for participating in competitive athletism. »
- « no contraindication for participating in competitive running. »
- « no contraindication for participating in competitive sport. »
HOW TO UPLOAD MY MEDICAL CERTIFICATE ONLINE
The medical certificate has to be uploaded to your timeto account for validation.
To do so, simply log in and click on "My Account" - "My Events" then "Upload a document".
Your document must be less than 3MB and in JPEG, PNG or PDF format.
If your document exceeds 3MB, you will need to compress it before uploading it.
Once your medical certificate has been successfully uploaded, it will appear as being "pending" for validation by our teams.
If you are unable to upload it, we advise you to try by login to your personal timeto account via another internet browser.
If you still can't upload your medical certificate online, you will have to print it and bring it with you at the bib collection.

This year, you can register to Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris with your medical certificate or by filling the HPC (Health Prevention Course)
How does it work? It’s very easy! You must go to this website.
During this online class, you’ll be informed about :
- The risky situations : unusal feelings, precaution regarding the age, the bad habits that impact the health…
- The need to check your doctor in case of identified health risk
- The importance of being trained to life saving gestures
- The access of a documentary basis about health good practices
If your HPC is validated, you’ll be able to edit your HPC certificate in PDF format and upload it on your time to account.
This certificate is valid for 3 months. You must complete it after December 9th 2024.
