Training Session

As you know, a race requires preparation. And as we said, we will be there to help you reach your target time. That's why we are pulling out all the stops to advise, accompany and encourage you in your preparation, right up until 10th March.


Hill training ;

VO2max tests ;

Interval training ;

A long run ;

Women-only runs ;

Reconnaissance of the last 10 kilometres of the route ;

Please note that these sessions are only open to people registered for the Semi de Paris!
